Don't forget to tell us what's up and include your order number so we can get things sorted quickly.
Our support team over at infinitebook.com will be in touch to guide you through the return process. And if it turns out the mix-up's on us, we'll cover the costs of returning the item and getting a new one out to you.
If you're returning something just because it's not quite your style (and it's not our fault), that's cool too. We'll still take it back as long as it hasn't been used and is in its original packaging. We'll refund you the cost of the item, minus the shipping fees. Just a heads up, though: personalized items can't be returned unless there's a defect.

What's an Infinitebook, and how does it work?
Infinitebook is a reusable notebook with a whiteboard writing experience. It is possible to write and erase, reusing the same notebook infinite times, hence Infinitebook. There are Infinitebooks of different sizes and interiors; all include a fine-tip black marker (0.6mm).

How to erase the Infinitebook?
There are 3 ways you can erase your Infinitebook:
- To erase small errors, e.g., misspellings, we recommend that you use the mini eraser on the back of the marker.
- To erase entire pages of fresh ink (up to 1 week), you can use an ordinary cloth dampened with water and well wrung out.
- To erase entire pages of old ink (after 1 week), we recommend that you use our Cleaning Kit, designed to make the cleaning process simpler and more effective.

Does the marker ink smudge? Transfer to other pages?
Infinitebook ink is specially formulated to dry in just 8 seconds. After drying, it does not smudge, even if you pass your hand over the notes, nor does it transfer to other pages.
How do I save my notes?
You can take a picture with your cell phone or scan the page with any scanning app to save your notes.
Infinitebook works with any scanning app. Use the app that best meets your needs. If you don't use any, we recommend CamScanner or Adobe Scan.
Are Infinitebook pages malleable?
Yes. Infinitebook pages strike the perfect balance between flexibility and durability. They're designed to be malleable, ensuring a smooth and comfortable writing experience.

I wish you could improve the notebook covers to make it last longer, maybe use plastic? Soft covers are too fragile in my line of work. The ink erases well, looks professional as well. This notebook has saved me a lot of paper already which the main reason why i purchased this notebook. Well done!

Es super práctico el cuaderno, lo uso más de lo esperado.
Dei este caderno ao meu pai, dado que ele é professor e está sempre a comprar cadernos para fazer os planos de aula dele. Utilizava sempre imensos cadernos. Assim, sempre que acaba as aulas, pode simplesmente apagar e voltar a escrever outras coisas. Não há mais cadernos a ser desperdiçados! Ele gosta muito e eu também!!
