Welcome to the Infinitebook Affiliate Program. By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to join.
- Infinitebook reserves the right to accept or decline any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
Affiliate Links and Discount Codes
- Affiliate links are for personal promotion only and cannot be shared on discount code websites.
- Discount codes provided to affiliates must not be posted on coupon or deal websites.
- Affiliate links and discount codes do not apply to custom-branded Infinitebooks.
Commissions
- Affiliates earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through their unique affiliate links.
- Infinitebook reserves the right to withhold commissions on fraudulent or canceled orders.
Payments
- Commissions are paid monthly via the selected payment method.
Promotion and Marketing
- Affiliates must represent Infinitebook in a positive and ethical manner.
- False or misleading claims about Infinitebook products are prohibited.
- Affiliates may not bid on Infinitebook brand keywords for paid advertising.
Content Usage
- Affiliates may use approved marketing materials provided by Infinitebook.
- Unauthorized use of Infinitebook’s logos, trademarks, or copyrighted content is prohibited.
Program Modifications and Termination
- Infinitebook reserves the right to change the program’s terms and conditions, commission rates, and eligibility criteria at any time without notice.
- Infinitebook may terminate an affiliate’s participation at any time for violating these terms or for any other reason at its discretion.
Limitation of Liability
- Infinitebook is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.
Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal.
By joining the Infinitebook Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
