Our support team over at infinitebook.com will be in touch to guide you through the return process. And if it turns out the mix-up's on us, we'll cover the costs of returning the item and getting a new one out to you.
If you're returning something just because it's not quite your style (and it's not our fault), that's cool too. We'll still take it back as long as it hasn't been used and is in its original packaging. We'll refund you the cost of the item, minus the shipping fees. Just a heads up, though: personalized items can't be returned unless there's a defect.

What's an Infinitebook, and how does it work?
Infinitebook is a reusable notebook with a whiteboard writing experience. It is possible to write and erase, reusing the same notebook infinite times, hence Infinitebook. There are Infinitebooks of different sizes and interiors; all include a fine-tip black marker (0.6mm).

How to erase the Infinitebook?
There are 3 ways you can erase your Infinitebook:
- To erase small errors, e.g., misspellings, we recommend that you use the mini eraser on the back of the marker.
- To erase entire pages of fresh ink (up to 1 week), you can use an ordinary cloth dampened with water and well wrung out.
- To erase entire pages of old ink (after 1 week), we recommend that you use our Cleaning Kit, designed to make the cleaning process simpler and more effective.

Does the marker ink smudge? Transfer to other pages?
Infinitebook ink is specially formulated to dry in just 8 seconds. After drying, it does not smudge, even if you pass your hand over the notes, nor does it transfer to other pages.
How do I save my notes?
You can take a picture with your cell phone or scan the page with any scanning app to save your notes.
Infinitebook works with any scanning app. Use the app that best meets your needs. If you don't use any, we recommend CamScanner or Adobe Scan.
Are Infinitebook pages malleable?
Yes. Infinitebook pages strike the perfect balance between flexibility and durability. They're designed to be malleable, ensuring a smooth and comfortable writing experience.

Bought 2 Infinite books, one for me one as a present. Very pleased with my purchase except that the pen cap had become detached in transit. Mailed Infinite book and they sent a new one. What excellent service. I am seeing how it fits in my workflow ( hence only 4 stars) but so far it exceeds my expectations. Well worth the money!

Foi uma ótima decisão comprar este kit. Super prático, o facto de ser pontilhado torna mais fácil e correta a escrita e é muito fácil de usar. Evita-se o desperdício de folhas para apontamentos que não queremos guardar.
Achei muito bom e muito prático! Enquanto este caderno durar (e espero que muito) já não preciso de comprar mais cadernos e mantenho a minha mesa de trabalho muito mais arrumada. 5 estrelas!

Writes well, but it doesn't really feel like writing on paper, so it's not a good replacement. Also, no scanning app included? The apps you recommend are slow or require a paid subscription!

Ótimo caderno Adoro meu infinite, uso para varios projetos e me ajuda a ser mais organizado e pro ativo. Só dou uma sujerencia para os creadores, pois acho que vai aumentar bastante o valor do produto. Sería ótimo que a caneta conseguise encaixar na argola de metal do caderno. Um detalhe perfeito para levar o caderno para todos os lugares.

Melhor compra 2023 Descobri o InfiniteBook através de uma publicidade. Num clique conclui a compra. Passado uma semana de uso, posso afirmar que foi a melhor compra do presente ano. Prático e de uso fácil. Agora já tenho o presente de natal ideal!!
Não recomendo Logo nos primeiros dias de utilização percebi que não cumpre o prometido. O caderno e restantes materiais são utilizados de acordo com o recomendado. A capa está a perder a película, a tinta "desaparece" da pagina e transfere para as páginas do lado. Já contactei a marca e não me sabem dizer a que se devem estes problemas para além de mau uso, sendo que já expliquei como utilizo o caderno. Definitivamente não aconselho a compra e certamente não voltarei a adquirir nada da marca. Excelente conceito que na prática não funciona.
