Our support team over at infinitebook.com will be in touch to guide you through the return process. And if it turns out the mix-up's on us, we'll cover the costs of returning the item and getting a new one out to you.
If you're returning something just because it's not quite your style (and it's not our fault), that's cool too. We'll still take it back as long as it hasn't been used and is in its original packaging. We'll refund you the cost of the item, minus the shipping fees. Just a heads up, though: personalized items can't be returned unless there's a defect.

What's an Infinitebook, and how does it work?
Infinitebook is a reusable notebook with a whiteboard writing experience. It is possible to write and erase, reusing the same notebook infinite times, hence Infinitebook. There are Infinitebooks of different sizes and interiors; all include a fine-tip black marker (0.6mm).

How to erase the Infinitebook?
There are 3 ways you can erase your Infinitebook:
- To erase small errors, e.g., misspellings, we recommend that you use the mini eraser on the back of the marker.
- To erase entire pages of fresh ink (up to 1 week), you can use an ordinary cloth dampened with water and well wrung out.
- To erase entire pages of old ink (after 1 week), we recommend that you use our Cleaning Kit, designed to make the cleaning process simpler and more effective.

Does the marker ink smudge? Transfer to other pages?
Infinitebook ink is specially formulated to dry in just 8 seconds. After drying, it does not smudge, even if you pass your hand over the notes, nor does it transfer to other pages.
How do I save my notes?
You can take a picture with your cell phone or scan the page with any scanning app to save your notes.
Infinitebook works with any scanning app. Use the app that best meets your needs. If you don't use any, we recommend CamScanner or Adobe Scan.
Are Infinitebook pages malleable?
Yes. Infinitebook pages strike the perfect balance between flexibility and durability. They're designed to be malleable, ensuring a smooth and comfortable writing experience.

É ótimo o produto mas tem sempre as preocupações se a caneta acaba em quanto tempo e depois temos que esperar por uma caneta nova, mas foi definitivamente a melhor compra e amiga do ambiente.
É muito comum no meu local de trabalho escrever apontamentos e ir riscando a página, pois já não necessito deles. Agora em vez de riscar a página, apago e recomeço. É fantástico. O único ponto menos positivo é a caneta secar rapidamente quando paro de escrever por alguns segundos.

Dificuldades em apagar o que está escrito, mesmo escrevendo com a vossa caneta Infinite Book. Contudo, ainda não usei o suficiente para dar uma resposta mais concreta. Comprei numa loja Fnac o vosso daily goal digger. Considero que falta uma página com todos os meses e outra com o mês completo.

Apesar de ser uma ideia inovadora e uma forma mais ecológica e que ajuda de certa forma o ambiente tem alguns pontos negativos a meu ver. O apagador da caneta, que serve para apagar pequenos erros, mancha um pouco a folha pelo que de seguida tenho de borrifar com água e usar a esponja; outro ponto é que com o passar dos dias a escrita começa a borratar e a desaparecer devido claro há sobreposição das folhas. Por outro lado acho que não devia ter comprado o caderno A4, mas sim o A5 por ser mais compacto, mas foi uma opção minha. Cumprimentos e espero que possam melhorar este aspetos.
J'aime beaucoup ce cahier. J'écris aussi bien avec les staedtler lumocolor non permanent que les crayons woody 3 en 1. Ces derniers sont bien plus économiques. Les pages s'effacent très bien avec une microfibre humidifiée. Personnellement j'utilise un petit spay rempli d'eau, une pression, un coup de microfibre et la page est parfaitement effacée. J'avais déjà acheté un cahier A5 il y a quelques années, j'en étais déjà très satisfait. Je le suis encore d'ailleurs, car je l'utilise encore aujourd'hui !
