Our support team over at infinitebook.com will be in touch to guide you through the return process. And if it turns out the mix-up's on us, we'll cover the costs of returning the item and getting a new one out to you.
If you're returning something just because it's not quite your style (and it's not our fault), that's cool too. We'll still take it back as long as it hasn't been used and is in its original packaging. We'll refund you the cost of the item, minus the shipping fees. Just a heads up, though: personalized items can't be returned unless there's a defect.

What's an Infinitebook, and how does it work?
Infinitebook is a reusable notebook with a whiteboard writing experience. It is possible to write and erase, reusing the same notebook infinite times, hence Infinitebook. There are Infinitebooks of different sizes and interiors; all include a fine-tip black marker (0.6mm).

How to erase the Infinitebook?
There are 3 ways you can erase your Infinitebook:
- To erase small errors, e.g., misspellings, we recommend that you use the mini eraser on the back of the marker.
- To erase entire pages of fresh ink (up to 1 week), you can use an ordinary cloth dampened with water and well wrung out.
- To erase entire pages of old ink (after 1 week), we recommend that you use our Cleaning Kit, designed to make the cleaning process simpler and more effective.

Does the marker ink smudge? Transfer to other pages?
Infinitebook ink is specially formulated to dry in just 8 seconds. After drying, it does not smudge, even if you pass your hand over the notes, nor does it transfer to other pages.
How do I save my notes?
You can take a picture with your cell phone or scan the page with any scanning app to save your notes.
Infinitebook works with any scanning app. Use the app that best meets your needs. If you don't use any, we recommend CamScanner or Adobe Scan.
Are Infinitebook pages malleable?
Yes. Infinitebook pages strike the perfect balance between flexibility and durability. They're designed to be malleable, ensuring a smooth and comfortable writing experience.

Very nice materials, seems sturdy and well made. I wrote on the pages more than a week ago and carried it around and didn't smudge. Easy to clean too. The only problem is that the first time I used it, the pen marked the page permanently, like a dent, but I think it was my fault, I started applying less pressure on the pen after that and it's been fine since then.

A Encomenda nao chegou nas 48h anunciadas A encomenda não chegou nas 48h e entretanto fui de férias e não recebi a encomenda. Não fui contactado pelo transportador o que achei estranho mas vou tentar saber onde posso recolher a encomenda.

Excelente compra mas muito caro Gostei bastante da compra, era algo que não sabia que existia e faz muita falta no trabalho, para apontar pequenas coisas sem gastar folhas infinitas. O único senão é o preço, que a juntar aos portes, eleva o preço para um valor um pouco absurdo por unidade. Quando recebi a entrega a caneta vinha com a tampa aberta, ou seja, já vinha um pouco seca. De resto, super recomendo e para evitar pagar os portes e otimizar os custos comprei um caderno extra para oferecer.
A melhor coisa q comprei. Tinha uma agenda A5 onde esgota a sempre o espaço para escrever e acabava por passar para o dia seguinte... E causava confusão, por vezes. C o meu infinite book, quem controla é cria a minha agenda, adaptada as minhas necessidades, sou eu. E sempre que preciso, tenho uma nova a estrear. Devia ter comprado um infinitebook há anos. Muito bom ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
