There was one club missing from our collection of Portugal’s big three: FC Porto. So we got in touch.
That first step led to a collection with three reusable notebooks: an A5 Planner, an A5 plain notebook and an A4 handwriting notebook. Behind them is a story of design, attention to detail and the work involved in creating an officially licensed collection as a small Portuguese brand.

Three clubs, a consistent collection
With the Benfica and Sporting CP collections already part of Infinitebook, we wanted FC Porto to feel at home in the same family. Each club has its own identity, colours and symbols. Our job was to respect that identity while keeping the collections consistent.
Development took time. We worked to carry FC Porto’s branding through every element while maintaining the connection with the other club collections and with Infinitebook itself. The result needed to feel right to a Porto supporter, from the cover to the details inside.

Two little dragons in the handwriting notebook
The handwriting notebook brought a particular design challenge: FC Porto has two children’s mascots, Draco and Viena. We adapted the cover to make room for both, bringing them into a notebook designed to help children practise writing.
Letters, numbers, lined pages and blank pages give young supporters space to learn, erase and try again. The handwriting content is in Portuguese.

The work behind an official collection
Licensing is a demanding process, especially for a small brand like ours. We have to follow each stage and make sure that the collection respects the club’s identity.
That work extends beyond the products. The videos and content we create also go through approval, so that the way we present the collection is aligned with the brands involved.
Much of this happens before a customer ever sees a notebook. These photographs share a small part of that journey: the collection taking shape on the production floor.

Meet the three FC Porto Infinitebooks
- Infinitebook Planner A5 FC Porto — a reusable hardcover planner with weekly planning, to-do lists and space for ideas. Made to keep up when plans change.
- Infinitebook FC Porto A5 — a softcover notebook with 30 reusable plain pages for notes, sketches and ideas.
- Infinitebook Caligrafia A4 FC Porto — a reusable handwriting notebook with letters, numbers, lined pages and blank pages for practising at your own pace.
All three share the same Infinitebook idea: write, erase and start again.
